Spaghetti al Sugo Rosso

This is the most classical way to cook pasta: with tomato sauce.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 200 gr of Spaghetti
  • 1 piece of Garlic
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese

Put about 3 liters of water into the pot, add a table spoon of salt, put it on fire an bring it to boil.

While the water is boiling you start to prepare the sauce:
Put some oil in a little pot, and then put the garlic and leave it frying for 1 minute. Then add the tomato sauce and a little bit of water. Cover all with a cover and leave them to cook very gently for 5-10 minutes until it gets dense.

As soon as water boils, put into water one tablespoon of salt, and after the spaghetti.
Mix the spaghetti for 30 seconds, then leave them, you'll have to mix them after a couple of minutes, and be sure to respect the cooking time which is written on the spaghetti box. This is very important because if you leave them in the pot for more that written on the box spaghetti won't be good

Take the spaghetti out of the boiling water by putting them into the colander put them into a food container and immediatly add the sauce.

The recipe is finished... Enjoy your meal!
