Stuffed Eggs

Today we'll teach you a good appetizer: stuffed eggs

Ingredients for two people:
  • 3 eggs
  • about 15 capers conserved with vinegar
  • 55 gr of tuna conserved with olive oil
  • salt
  • oil
  • half a lemon's juice
  • some leaves of parsley
Put the eggs in a pot and fill it with cold water. Put them on the fire and when the water starts boiling, leave them on the fire for 10 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the pot and wash them with some cold water to cool them.
Peel the eggs, put them horizontally and divide them in two parts.
Remove the egg yolks and put it in a mixer, this will form the sauce that you will put in the egg whites.

To create the sauce, add to the egg yolks in the mixer, the capers, the tuna, a pinch of salt and a table spoon of oil. Mix everything and then add the lemon juice and the parsley. Mix another time and the sauce is ready.

Now put the sauce into the egg whites and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.

You can decorate them with one caper on each white egg.
